Non ultrasound visit

Friday will be my first visit with my ob that's not an ultrasound visit. I will be 13 5, I know that generally every non scan visit they check for the baby's heartbeat. If they can't find it, does your office do an ultrasound to ease anxiety? I'm not sure if mine does or not I just want to see what everyone else's does. I'm an anxious person lol. Especially now that I'm in the long stretch of no ultrasound, my last was at 11 3 and mine doesn't do the organ scan until 18-20 weeks.
