Hello all I’m a 28 year old male. My girlfriend is 7 weeks pregnant and it will be our first child. She has randomly spotted on and off in the first 6 weeks sometimes a little heavier and some clotting. We have been to the ER multiple times and everything always checks out. During this week 7 she has straws bleeding almost to the point it seems like a period and some clotting she went to the ER again they heard a strong heartbeat and her levels are higher than expected and the cervix is closed. After the ER visit the bleeding continued fairly heavily. I don’t want to keep rushing back to the ER every time she bleeds. But that’s my go to each time The ER doctor said she will probably just be one of those people who bleed through out pregnancy and that it was a lot more common than is talked about.
