My favorite healthy pregnancy smoothie!

Hi all,

I just wanted to share the recipe for my favorite pregnancy smoothie. It is packed with nutrients and fiber, and makes me feel great. I have always had a hard time enjoying smoothies with healthy ingredients in them, but this one is tasty without added sugar and easy to enjoy. You can't even taste the greens or seeds at all.

The Recipe

2 Tbsp Ancient Seeds blend from Trader Joe's (or a hemp/flax seed blend)

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1.5 cups frozen berry blend - I use blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

1 big handful power greens - I use kale, chard, and spinach triple washed blend from TJ's

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

I find putting the seeds on the bottom and blending for a long time leaves it really smooth without being able to taste the seeds. As an added plus for anyone who is struggling with constipation like I am, this thing will get you going in a couple of hours! Enjoy :)
