UPDATE: Empty sac possibility/1st sono, no baby...anyone else have a similar experience?

So, I got the lab results back. My HCG is higher at 104,644 mIU/mL but my progesterone dropped down to 14.3 ng/mL from 18.4 ng/mL in just 4 days. From everything I can tell this is bad and I'm probably going to miscarry. Now I'm crying at work.

Edit: maybe everything is fine, I don't know. Just nerve wracking waiting and appreciate any support. It looks like some doctors don't even care about your progesterone if it's over 10 while others would put you on pills right away. Waiting for a call back from mine to see what she says.
