Currently researching strollers. Which is best?

Okay so I am looking at strollers. I want one that grows with kids. So something that has bassinet option for baby, a seat for toddler, the option to add a second seat, and the option to add the rollerboard for older kids. I know of the Uppababy Vista and the City Select (at least I think that one has those options). Are they any others? What is your favorite and why? Not too worried about the price since I think they will make it worth it if they can grow and fit that many kids. Thank you guys!
