Underwear use during later pregancy?

Hey so random question. I'm 34 weeks and I wear underwear during the day and when i'm home mostly. But at night, I sleep in the nude most times. It's preferable what with going to the bathroom multiple times and hot flashes. My question is, should I be wearing underwear full time in case something happens like water breaks or mucous plug falls out while sleeping? How do you all feel about this? Thanks!
