Okay so today I was at my sister's. I was eating some candy with her son, an air head which this was my second one, and a piece of my tooth broke off. The tooth that broke is at the front, bottom row, and the break is on the inside of my mouth where I can now feel the edge of where it broke with my tongue easily. I have had dental problems since I was a kid, because I don't like anyone messing with my mouth or sticking needles in there and also because I seem to have an endless supply off teeth since my mouth is overcrowded a bit now with teeth I am not even supposed to have extras of.

Even in the very back left side I had a huge cavity start on the last tooth back there and because of it the tooth started growing down which caused it to get pulled by a dentist, and now after 4 years a new tooth is growing and has started moving up but hasn't fully yet. The tooth chipping part is scaring me though. I can still see a tiny piece in there, I am not sure if I should mess with it but for now I don't want anyone near my mouth. Also I am worried that if I eat anything or my tongue keeps brushing against it in anyway that the tooth would come out, which part of me hopes it comes out so I don't have to worry about it but I am also scared about it happening.

I just don't know what I should do or if I should do anything, and my sisters are no help and they are the only ones who I have been able to talk about it since. They just keep saying oh well and that its my own fault and that I should stop worrying about it. All the dentists are closed today too and I can't get a hold of my parents, who are probably the only ones who can help me in my house because they understand how scared I get over this stuff, and I am just completely lost. Help?
