"When should I get concerned?" or "Why you should never google symptoms." (TMI warning)
Post Body

Wall of text ahead,

So I've had a stressful week. I had to go to work with a 3 day migraine and nothing to take for it but tylenol and small quantities of caffeine. My job has cut back on it's number of employees, so we are severely short staffed. We have two people running a company that used to be managed by eight people, it's just me and one other employee now (and our supervisor/owner). I don't get along with the other employee at all, it's very uncomfortable to work with her. She goes out of her way to make my job more difficult and contradicts me at every opportunity in front of the CNAs we manage.

Today at the supermarket there was an incident that I really don't want to go back over because it was pretty upsetting, but I ended up having a panic attack. Then there was a mixup at the pharmacy where they lost my medication and tried to pretend that I had already bought it from them. I'm having a shitty couple of weeks.

The important (TMI) part starts here

I have been having a lot of cramping, pelvic pressure, and a fair amount of BH contractions. I also have had a change in discharge for the past week or so, it's gotten a lot thicker/less transparent.

I was getting to know my husband in the biblical sense earlier today (sexual intercourse) and it was kind of painful/crampy. When I showered afterward, I decided to try to feel my cervix.

Now, I know my cervix was shaped differently after I had my first baby. It was shorter, wider, and had a wider opening. But today it felt flat and squishy. Like, it became a round mound, flush with my uterus, and super soft and squishy. Is that normal? Should I be worried? Call my doctor? It's a weekend and they're awful about returning calls. Is this something I should just keep an eye on for now in case anything changes?

I decided to google my symptoms and it really wasn't helpful at all (big surprise, right?). Saying it was everything from vaginal infections to STDs to an incompetent cervix to the beginnings of preterm labor.

I'm not asking for medical advice, I just want to know if anyone has experience anything similar, if any of this is cause for concern, or if I should just suck it up and call the doctor.
