Lost mucus plug at 25w

I’m sure I’ve lost my mucus plug and I called my doctor and hospital and they all told me to just monitor for water leaking/braking but I can’t tell or not you know being a woman especially if your a mom already your always having discharge or bladder leaking so does anyone know how I can tell the difference between water and normal discharge I have no pain or contractions I’m just worried I was induced with my first and got an epidural right at 4cm so this is new to me to a point
