Latex in Bibs Pacifiers?

Hey all! I was given a pack of Bibs pacifiers and I noticed on the box they are made with natural latex. My question is this: if I have a skin allergy to latex adhesive and….other latex things (cough… like condoms) will that cause a reaction if I give it to the baby?
