Hey Guys, I am a new Assistant scoutmaster and Eagle scout of troop 219 and I want to create a better scouting program for our scouts. Throughout my scouting career, it was kinda boring but there were things to do. When I joined my troop again as a leader after covid, things have kinda dissolved into just meetings and campouts with no real value outside of advancements/merit badges. Feels like a job for these kids and they aren't engaged. What are a few strategies that your troop uses to engage with the scouts and make a fun program for your scouts?
