Hi, so a bit of context, I have a total of 3 years worth of experience already, all of my experiences are with international companies, BPOs and In house operations, so yeah the pay is competitive in PH standards but lately I realized how the environment of big corpo is the main culprit of my burn out. So I decided to resign, and I've been thinking of working with a local company or start up, I got a offer with a Filipino start up... and dang... ganto ba kababa magpa sahod ang mga local businesses? the position seems good since it's different compared to my past exp, but my jaw really dropped straight to hell when I saw the figures. 🥹
