Hi! Sooo, I am manifesting my plans to reality. I’ve been looking to get into a major financial firm in the city, namely Chase, Citi, or Amex, and it happened that my application with Amex was the first one to make progress.

Saying that the stars align and I get a good shot at Amex, can anybody give me signs and ideas about what it’s like working at Amex? Compensation? Culture?

For context, I am coming from a BPO company as a product trainer, and now I am being considered as a Customer Care Professional (basically an agent) in Amex.
