Post Body

Hello! I recently went AWOL this April for personal and mental health reasons sa company na pinasukan ko. I've been with them from January 2024 - end ng March 2024. My TL was reaching out to me via Messenger but hindi na ako nagparamdam sa kanila and pati sa mga teammates ko.

Hindi ako nakapagpasa ng resignation letter or anything.. and hindi pa ako nag reach out ulit sa TL ko regarding my situation. I want to do an immediate resignation sana so I can exit properly or hindi na siya pwede considering na nag-AWOL na ko? Wala rin pa akong natanggap na kahit anong report or news about sa case ko after my TL stopped reaching out to me.

What would happen next? I'm trying for a WFH job and trying to apply for VA positions because yun yung kaya ko right now. Should I disclose my experience there for 3 months or should I just.. pretend like nothing happened?

Also, if I would do an immediate resignation, would I need a medical certificate siguro to back that up? Is it possible ba na to get an unfit to work certificate agad from my psych if ganon?

I'm worried rin kasi nawala ko yung key ko para makapaglog-in sa mga apps na ginagamit namin sa work, and pinahiraman lang ako ng TL ko. Anong mangyayari dun?

Thank you so much in advance for answering my questions. I know sobrang unprofessional yung ginawa ko and I know na I should not do that.. I'm just really scared about what would happen next.
