I'm a trainer sa isang malaking BPO company who is quite known to undercompensate their employees LMAO.
So basically, i-a assign nila ako sa Makati site to teach ng 2 months. I initially refused kasi Ortigas site alone, 3 sakay na, one-way pa lang.
Noong inopen yung "travel allowance" nag agree ako kasi I assumed na iba ito sa performance incentive namin. Di rin biro yung 2k monthly since I am from QC, I live alone and nagpapaaral ako ng kapatid ko.
Nag meeting kami kanina with some changes kasi yung "travel allowance" ay ibibigay lang kapag performing yung class ko via throughput.
Like wtf???? There is so much I can control sa throughput ng magiging class ko. Nakakabadtrip and nakakayamot, I am considering to resign kahit na I am just 3 months in sa company.
Sa lahat ng BPO company na I have worked with, dito lang ako nakatanggap ng "performance-based travel allowance"
