For context I am a freshie in the BPO industry, and i have been employed for the last 5 months, now in those five months i really tried my best to reach the stats they require but even at my best i find it very hard for me to pass each week. now my TL has not yet mentioned of writtibg me off but deep down i know sooner or later that i will be terminated now i face a dilemma of letting the company terminate me or just spare them the trouble and just Resign. i know that if i resign it wont look as bad in my resume but wont have any source of income but on the other hand i may have income but if i got terminated it would stain my resume. Any advice you guys can give me?
