I am done with BPO maybe it really is not just for me. Amazon although a wonderful experience colleague wise but sa work is very stressful sobra na violate ng mga kano ung utak ko sa masasakit na snasabi nila although hindi nagmumura pero pinaparamdam nila galit nila. Currently I am with OracleCMS and AU company drained na rin ako 1week pa lng. Imagine we were supposed to be Email rep then sabi kesyo may potential sa ganito gnyan bigla kming gnawang CSR take note in our contract we are still tag as Email Rep tpos malaman laman namin na kaya pla unti lng kmi sa office is because unti na lng pla tlga empleyado nila wheter Australia or Philippines.. The calls and training are also head scratching.. Imagine kung ang training sa BPO spans from 2weeks to 1month sa OracleCMS it takes 1day if 1st call mu then dadagdagan services mu ng more than 10services and they will teach you that in 2 hours.. yes 2 hours meaning pra lang kayong kwekwentuhan ng gngawa nila... I am done this will be my last BPO but still wag madiscouraged ang mga gusto mag BPO just ranting out coming from an introvert who tried the BPO industry..
