How to get a clearance from CVG since it's now CNX?

I've been with CVG around 2018 but I went AWOL due to safety issues. Now during my application and required i-declare lahat, they are asking if nagpaclearance naba ako with CVG. I've heard na you can still get a clearance kahit na CNX na siya ngayon but I'm not sure how that works or if that's true.
Does anyone have an idea on getting a clearance with CNX if you're a former CVG employee? Also just a curious question, since AWOL ako before kay CVG does it mean na di na ko pwede magapply with CNX? TIA!
