Hello. I recently applied to Optum kasi I heard promising feedbacks from a lot of people here. I pushed through and got hired, but the thing is parang lugi ako sa job offer na binigay sa akin.

I was offered 17K basic non-taxable allowance, and I think saks na siya. The thing is, sa Commonwealth yung site pero taga-Bulacan ako. 💀 I think lugi ako sa offer na 'to kung almost 1/3 ng sweldo ko mapupunta sa pamasahe.

I already accepted the job offer pero I'm really thinking about forfeiting it. Sayang lang kasi talagang promising yung account na binigay, and in-house healthcare pa yung kumpanya. 🥹

Baka may magagandang offers pa diyan from other BPOs around Technohub/Vertis North/Nova/Fairview na average to below average yung toxicity level (account and company). For reapplication ako sa TU (low assessment result) and pending sa CNX at Telus.
