So I was scheduled for a final interview kagabi with this company. Sabi nung recruiter, 7 pm to 10 pm. Weird ngay bakit gabing-gabi pero sige. So hintay ako kagabi. Mga teh, 10 pm na wala pang tawag. Paurlog na ako nun, mga 10:30 may tumawag so sagot ako.

I think I did well naman with the interview. I answered all their questions. I mean, I am a sincere person at medyo matalino naman ako (HAHAHAHA WTH BAKIT KO ITO SINASABI ANG WEIRD) so ayoko magpraktis beforehand kasi ayoko magtunog robot. Altho kinabahan talaga ako.

Cut to, tumawag si recruiter to tell me na I failed the interview. Reasons being (1) mataas daw expected salary ko and (2) di raw ako nag-elaborate sa sagot ko.

Sa first stipulation, ang sinabi kong expectation ko ay 10k-15k. So magkano kaya ang sweldo doon? Di kaya ako nagets ng interviewer? Ewan ko. (For context: hindi ito sa NCR)

Sa second stipulation, I truly believer na I answered well. I explained what needs to be explained. Paano ba dapat yung elaboration? 250 words? Bawal ba mag-uh uh sa interview? Tho di naman marami yung uh uh ko. Isn't that part of a natural conversation? Mas gusto ba nila ng rehearsed robots?

Ewan ko na rin. Naghayag lang ako ng saloobin. Medyo lost lang ako ngayon at hindi ko alam ang dapat maramdaman. Hahahaha
