Good day!
I understand this might not be the best place to ask this question but I'm desperate to know if the company that I recently worked for, reached out to me for a seasonal project. I found it as an opportunity since the my start date in the company I'm moving to has been moved back.
I spent efforts for the requirements already, did several interview processes as well. I was just waiting for the contract from HR (expectation set by the TA). Suddenly, they are emailing me to tell me that there has been an "internal review" about the head count needed for the ramp project.
Seriously? I had to go undergo everything while they aren't sure yet of the hires needed? Take note that they reached me about that when in fact, I just recently resigned from the company.
Need thoughts on this. Is this an accountability of the Talent acquisition? Or the HR? PROJECT TEAM?
