Abandonment Trauma

I know BPD stems from this (a lot of the time) How do we heal abandonment trauma? How do we heal from this. I'm in an anxious/avoidant relationship. It's triggering my abandonment trauma and making my BPD symptoms very bad. I think getting out of this would help. But I also feel like maybe I'm just broken and stuck feeling this way. Can I heal myself while in a relationship like this? I'm so tired. I don't want to admit myself again. I start art school on Monday. I should be so excited.
