I have not scared my second wife off yet. She’s put up with my shit since 2017 when I was undiagnosed and unmedicated. She’s stuck by me as I’ve gone through a journey with therapy. We’ve found the right mix between the occasional 12 week DBT program and regular EMDR therapy to process my baggage. I’ve also found talk therapy helpful as it gives me someone else to vent to with out judgement.
