Just reaching out to see if anyone else experiences this. My guess is, Yes.
When trying to communicate or make plans with my BPD-ex (we have a kid together, unfortunately) it's like pulling teeth. It's the most difficult mind fuck. Even when we were together planning was always always lost in translation. Communication was, and is always so cryptic. Like there are never any straightforward thoughts, sentences or explanations. I always have to dig to find out what the hell is even going on or what the hell we are even talking about.
Anyone else experience this? Does the extreme narcissism prevent them from being brave enough to communicate? Are they embarrassed to communicate?
I am looking forward to celebrating the day that my kid becomes old enough to speak for herself, travel by herself and eventually go off to college. I will then block my BPD-ex forever. Sigh. Until then I have a long road ahead.
