My stbxw has been avoiding being served divorce papers

After 9 months of getting my ass kicked by her, we agreed to divorce.
I said that I would handle the filing. I’ve filed, and hired a service to serve her.
They have her address, car information, etc…
She somehow manages to avoid them. She knows the paperwork has been filed ( she has a friend working in the court as a clerk.
She wanted the divorce, and was very clear about it.
Now the paralegal is going to mail her the paperwork and hopefully she’ll sign the acknowledgement and send back
