BPD is moving and the partner she cheated on me with (2 years together now)

My exwBPD is moving about 8 states over for graduate school. She could have placed pretty much anywhere, so it seems to be a choice. She has previously live in Europe, Florida, and Alabama and is from another continent. All this before she turned 25. She has been with a new partner 2 years that she left me for about two weeks post breakup. Do borderlines move often? Why do they move? This further reduces the chances of them reaching back out, right? It seems space and time is going to fully end it unless they’re crazy enough to hit me up many years later and half the country away 😆
