Getting over pwBPD?
Post Body

I don’t know what’s going on or why I can’t shake this feeling. It’s like I long for the feeling that I got when I was with my pwBPD but it’s been a year since I went radio silent and cut her out.

I’ve been to therapy and that hasent helped. I’ve never had trouble getting over an ex-gf before. I don’t know what the issue is. Im currently with someone who is fantastic but i dont experience that same feeling and I feel like she can tell.

I don’t want to get back with my pwBPD but lately I’ve been craving that feeling I used to get when I was with her. When I think about her I try to block it out but that doesn’t seem to be working. Almost like there’s something I need to deal with but haven’t and the thought of her won’t go away until I resolve it.

Whats weird is that I don’t get the same feelings or want to or need to get other ex’s out of my head and that includes an ex wife of 8 years.

Anyone have ideas of how to get over her? Stop thinking about her? Or maybe just not have any kind of emotional response when she pops into my head?
