Soo Iā€™m in therapy but my therapist doesnā€™t know much about bpd stuff since most of the time sheā€™ll give me the advice that I should break things off with my pwbpd.

My pwbpd & I have been together for 2 years with the ups & downs of course. My partner has a therapist (if you remember my last posts) that my partner talks to on a weekly basis typically unless something comes up or it gets cancelled by my partner. I have been talking with him(their therapist) more (1 on 1) like once a month and we have had like 1 or 2 couple counseling with the therapist (theirs/pwbpd) which have helped.

Should I look into getting a therapist that ā€œspecializesā€ in the disorder or stick with my therapist?
