Does coffee intensify the feeling of emptiness?

Noticed that myself. To be fair I don’t meet the full diagnostic criteria for BPD and feel empty only for a few hours, once or twice a week. I’ve noticed that it tends to happen way more after I drink coffee in the morning. Got kinda curious, did anyone here notice anything similar?
