Book recommendation - The borderline personality disorder workbook
Post Body

Hello everyone! I've never posted in this sub before, but wanted to share something.

I recently started the Borderline personality disorder workbook by Daniel J. Fox, and I find it extremely helpful. It's a very interactive workbook. It has lots of information but also a lot of exercises. I've had so many realisations while doing this workbook. Things I never understood about myself, but now suddenly do. I've learned much more from this book than from 12 years of therapy. It's not a quick fix, but I feel like knowing what needs to be worked on is the first and most important step to changing. Of course you then still need to put the work in to change things, but this workbook is helpful in finding out where that work needs to be put into.

Just wanted to share this with everyone here, maybe someone else will find it as useful as I did. And for whoever already did the workbook, I'm curious to hear what you thought of it!

edit: not sure what flair to put on this post.
