anyone else have really bad road rage? i basically get incredibly upset at other drivers that i perceive as being selfish/dangerous/stupid. i also take everything insanely personally. like if someone cuts me off i think it’s because they have no regard for me, think they are better than me, etc. i will yell, flip these drivers off, and intentionally target them and hold a grudge against them. only a couple of times have people retaliated. it’s really bad and worse ofc if i am in a bad mood, but i always have to actively fight getting mad while driving. i just overthink and assign too much meaning to everything.
