I HATE Unclear Instructions

Post Body

My supervisor at work yesterday asked me to clean out the closet, take the ac out of said closet and put it into the living room, and throw out whatever looks like garbage. I did the first half but was reluctant to do the second half. There were two plastic Christmas trees in the closet, one looked broken so that went out. The other I wasn't sure about so I set it in the corner of the living room so the senior counselor could decide in the morning whether it was garbage. However when my relief came they said I should throw it out so I did. Cue to this afternoon getting a phone call from the senior counselor wondering why I thought it was appropriate to throw away Christmas trees, and what would the residents use come Dec? I explained what happened but really just frustrated that I was given unclear instructions then when carried out to the best of my ability it was still done wrong.
