Salary Negotiations/Selling Yourself Short

Hey y'all,

I wanted to know if anyone here has any experience in negotiating their salary or asking their employer for a raise? I feel like instead of moving forward when I transitioned to full time work I went backwards. When I graduated college in 2016, I got a job in the fall, part time 20hrs a week for 16/hr. Left that job the next summer for mental health treatment. Got another part time job that fall, same amount of hrs and an eventual wage of $17/hr (don't remember how much I started with). The beginning of 2019 I took my first full time job for MINIMUM WAGE of $15/hr which I thought was acceptable because it was 2x the amount of hrs. That was a miserable job and I left after a few months for another $15/hr job then Jan 2020 I got a job I finally enjoy, but making only $16/hr. I feel like I've been selling myself short for a long time considering I've had a bachelor's since 2016 and a good amount of work experience. Would love any advice about negotiating a higher salary with the job offer or how to ask for a raise. Also do you think it's important to stick with a job I enjoy (even if they don't give me a raise) or transition to another position with a higher salary that I may/may not like?
