And if so, how do you do it? I have been struggling with depressive phases for 4 years and hardly have any good days anymore. I also notice that when I do have a good day, the next ones are even worse. The constant overthinking and the feeling of never being good enough gets me down.
Yes but I'm 45, married for 19 years, have 2 kids and was diagnosed 20 years ago. It's about stability. Once you have a stable relationship and you know they aren't leaving while also practicing healthy boundaries, things calm down. I respect his independence and he respects mine. It's important to live your life as your own and learn to be comfortable alone.
