I know the Internet is not really the place to go but I'm scared of my therapist invalidating me because the abuse was non contact. I'm actually scared he'll say it wasn't really abuse. A sexual abuse charity worker told me it was abuse and so did a couple responses on a therapy subreddit. I'm just scared to tell him in case he invalidates me because it'd crush me. He's probably heard all kinds of stories and mine will sound very mild
