Yeah title explains it all. Don’t know how to feel. Just would like to talk with others, what was it like for you when you got your diagnosis and how has it changed your life if it has? What’s BPD like for you? As I guess for everyone it’s different. I just want to understand better from different perspectives. Thanks all.
Well, you are the say today as you were yesterday. You aren't a different person and it isn't a death sentence. Get educated and work toward remission. Learn your triggers and how to set healthy boundaries. Don't let a diagnosis define you but instead educate you.
