how do you deal with someone giving you silent treatment? help

I feel like I am quite literally going insane. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I’m both erratic and extremely exhausted.

I made a post a few weeks ago where everyone on here helped. Update is I apologized and it seemed like we were friends again until it didn’t because now he’s giving me silent treatment and just overall ignoring me, being dry & off.

I genuinely would rather be blocked than lead on like this and it’s frustrating me :(

You cut them off. True silent treatment is abuse and intended to hurt you. It is not okay.
