I’m struggling with mental health and just had a mouse get in my garage and that just made me lash out and now I’m just laying on the floor typing this crying…I feel like absolute garbage full of stress and pain right now….im not diagnosed but I’ve been curious if this is the reason all along. Obviously not asking for serious answers just opinions…
