I think I have a diagnosis now

After a lot of trouble, I might have a BPD diagnosis now. I had an appointment and I asked if Iām getting a diagnosis. The guy said itās already in my records. I checked my records and it says āpersonality disorderā. Iām not sure how I feel about this. I never expected to have anything like this. Iāve been wanting a diagnosis for a while, but I never thought about what to do once I got it. Itās a lot to take in
