what are lesser know BPD symptoms/experiences that you wish people talked about more? here are some of mine
not everyone will experience these
chronic lying, especially when it serves no purpose
hypoempathy, going from feeling terrible for someone to not being able to care less
emotions causing physical pain, emotions hurting worse than physical pain
startling easily
the opposite of an FP, having someone who's existence just drains you even if they've done nothing wrong
months long dissociative episodes
very odd specific triggers (ex; lavender haze by Taylor swift bc it was constantly playing in the background during my time in the psych ward)
chronic sleeping problems
switching between binge eating and inability to feel hunger
resentment towards authority figures
sensory issues
inability to tell the difference between platonic and romantic love
getting into a relationship not because you actually have feelings for them but because you want to feel loved
inappropriate emotional responses (ex; feeling nothing when a family member dies but having a breakdown when someone eats your leftovers)
poor idea of social cues (ex; inability to pick up on when someone's uncomfortable, sharing too much information, feeling like you're disliked even when it's not true)
twitches and "tics" (ex; random shivering, uncontrollable tremors)
near constant intrusive thoughts
