Post Body

Hey! Need a little bit of help here. I've been on medication for approximately a year and I'm planning on getting off it. I know that the journey is going to be rough so I need to get my hands on the tools that can help me stay grounded.

So far, what I could think of is writing reminders for myself so that I know I need to be more careful of handling my mind since I'm off meds. One of them contains something along the line of "you're off meds, try not to take people's comments and behaviors personally. You can always verify their intention with them once you've calmed down". But what other reminders could I write for myself? Other than that, what other things can I use to help myself stay grounded?
