Recognizing a BPD Episode

Post Body

I was only recently diagnosed with BPD (20F) and no one in my family had even heard of it till I was diagnosed. Randomly today everything started making me angry and I was constantly depressed about everything happening around me. I tried reaching out to people to try and fix my mood but they aren't answering and thats not really helping the feelings. Ive read on things called "BPD Episodes" and I'm wondering of that's what is happening. Google has been really helpful with recognizing other effects but I was hoping if someone with experience could help me understand if I'm having an episode or what one looks like so I can recognize it in the future. Any advice would be really helpful please!
