What therapy has worked for you? I just made myself go inpatient & got put in an outpatient group. I dissociated halfway through and split? Idk if that’s right, but it was so overstimulating and I got so sucked into other people’s feelings I forgot about my own. What works best for you?
There’s a DBT skills group I might try out, but ya being forced to do 3 day a week outpatient group therapy is too much & I’m also autistic so I like setting my own routine.
