My DBT psychologist told me today that he thinks I probably have BPD after a 3 session intake. He said he'll talk more at our next session. I'm worried what a "official diagnosis" might mean. It explains so much for me and its a relief to know. Do you guys think my psychologist and psychiatrist officially diagnosing me will be more harm then good with the stigma? Should I tell him that I don't want him to put it on the medical records?
