Hey everyone! So I’m currently undergoing therapy and I’m at the part now where I need to start opening up about traumatic events from my past. Because I’ve never done it, I don’t know how to do it or where to start. My therapist suggested writing things down so that we could pick something each session but a lot of it is all linked to another. I’m just looking for advice on what helped others to open up and talk about things without feeling overwhelmed and lost. Any tips for how to write things would be great to. I just don’t know how to compartmentalise it all.
