What is the structure of it? Do you discuss what youāve used and havenāt used?
Iāve just started with a new therapist and told her I want to do DBT, but atm I feel like the things Iām told I could just do myself.
Plus every therapy session just makes me feel worse as it makes me realise how shit my life is.
Itās not that I donāt subscribe to it. I just feel like I donāt know if Iām getting my moneys worth
Edit: I should add that itās costs me about $200 USD a session, so Iām not sure how long to stick it out before I just give up and do something else
