Is anyone else scared of getting better?

I canāt stop thinking about my therapist telling me that I ālike being mentally illā. At first I was extremely offended but thereās some truth to that. As much as I hate suffering to the extent that I do, Iām so scared of becoming āboringā. Suffering is the only thing I know/do best. Itās almost comforting in a way
