I work from home and I couldn't care less about my job but I wish I did care. I do the least amount of work possible and sometimes try to do a little extra work when I'm scared of losing my job. Losing my job is unlikely though, but I can't really see myself doing this until retirement. How does anyone work until retirement? I wish I had enough money to retire and live a simple life. My job gives me anxiety and I am lonely because I work from home and don't see anyone. Sometimes if I get a call from a coworker I get frustrated because I'd rather be doing nothing and they interrupt my nothing-fest. I'd rather not get a new job because I'm scared I'd actually have to be accountable for something. I fly under the radar at my current job but I am scared my laziness will bite me in the butt one day. My boss thinks I work hard but I don't. I used to work hard and then work from home happened and now I'm lazy and anxious. So many other people I know are actually good at their jobs and have a lot of knowledge. I'm just good at solving problems on the spot and feel like I don't have that much expert knowledge.
