Ways to distract yourself when spiraling?

Do you have any games or websites for this? Are there any activities you personally do when you’re feeling overwhelmed? Sometimes I sit at my desk when my thoughts are potent and find that I can’t get them out of my head no matter how hard I try. I would like any advice if possible. Anything would help, even if it’s a hobby, but mainly I am wondering if there are resources tailored specifically for situations like this.
