Hey everyone
I was hoping to get some advice on how I can self soothe while spiralling when I've been triggered by something. Also, from my partners perspective how he can help me get out of it without feeding into it? He is someone who values his automy a lot whereas I have a strong abandonment fear, so when I am struggling with that we tend to trigger eachother and both end up spiralling into something a lot worse than it needs to be. How do we break this cycle?
